LIQUID ALUMINIUM

Ômega Metalurgia provides the liquid aluminum at the "just-in-time" system with economy,
productivity and efficiency. The liquid alloy is carried on its own fleet
of trucks specially designed and equipped with special pots of 3 to 7 tons
ensuring the temperature of the liquid alloy of approximately 780ºC,
until the customer's production system. There are many advantages:

- Economy on storage and energy costs;
- Avoid investments in casting systems;
- Reduces inputs for remelting ingots;
- Waiting furnaces consume less energy than melting furnaces;
- Eliminates remelting losses;
- Decrease waste generation;
- The client receives the treated alloy without the need of remelting.
